What type of contract do you have?
We usually collaborate through standard employment or B2B contracts, depending on the role, seniority, and location. We keep setup transparent from the first discussion, so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward with us.
Are you working on site or remote?
We work in a flexible, remote-friendly way. Depending on the role you can be fully remote, hybrid, or office-based out of our Cluj-Napoca and Chișinău offices. We agree on the setup that works best for you and the team during the hiring process.
Do you offer sport gym membership benefits?
Yes. We co-finance your favorite sport or gym membership because a healthy body supports a healthy mind, and we want you feeling and looking your best every day.
Do you offer healthcare insurance?

Do you work with employees from other countries?
Currently we have team members from 3 different countries. We do have a preference towards future colleagues from Romania and Moldova as these are closest to the internal team structure currently.
How do you evaluate people and how often?
We give continuous, honest feedback rather than waiting for a single yearly review. Expect regular one-on-ones with your lead and structured check-ins to discuss growth, goals and career path.
How is the interview process?
It typically consists of 2-3 interviews: an intro call with HR, a technical conversation with the team, and a final discussion with either a client representative or a top decision maker in the company to make sure the fit goes both ways. We keep you informed at every step.
What are your career levels?
We have clear levels coded B1-B6 internally from junior through to principal and lead roles, across engineering, design, and product. Each level comes with defined expectations so you always know what growing to the next step looks like.
