π’ Growee is growing its team! We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us identify the right companies in Romania and open conversations with them.
The role is focused on cold outreach, lead qualification and setting up demos for the founding team. If you enjoy B2B sales, like talking to decision-makers and want to see the direct impact of your work, this could be a very good match.
π― What you will do
β«Identify companies in Romania that fit the Growee profile (50+ employees, IT & services)
β«Reach decision-makers by email, LinkedIn and phone
β«Run cold outreach & follow-up campaigns
β«Qualify leads in the first conversations
β«Book demos for the founders
β«Update and maintain the data in the CRM
β«Collect feedback from the market and pass it on to the team
π§ What we are looking for
β«Very good written and spoken communication skills in Romanian
β«The ability to deliver clear, concise, value-oriented messages
β«Discipline, consistency and ownership in your daily work
β«A basic understanding of how a company works
β«Openness to using CRMs and sales automation tools
β Nice to have
β«Previous experience in B2B sales / SDR
β«Experience in SaaS or software
β«Experience working with SMEs or IT companies
π° Compensation package
β«Fixed salary: 3,000 RON net
β«Commission: 20% of MRR for each new client (paid for the first 6 months)
or
40% of MRR for each new client (paid for the first 3 to 4 months)
